The Power of Intent!
So what is intent?
Intent can be described as a strong purpose, an aim, or a goal. A belief that includes a determination to produce a desired result.
It could also be described as someone who has a strong will to succeed, and wont allow anything to get in their way.
People with an attitude of never giving up, combined with an internal picture of their desire will achieve it. People who have a strong intent are often described as super achievers who can recognise and take advantage of opportunities that show up in their lives.
Intent can also be a focus of a mysterious energy that can be sourced from your surrounding environment. It is a neutral energy that can be used for positive or negative ends... the choice is yours.

So is intent something that you do, or a force that exists in the universe as an invisible energy field?
When you are inspired, a powerful energy is created inside you that you can use as an intention to achieve an aim or goal.

Now, immediately - the power is in the present moment.

Reframe Your Belief System To Achieve Your Goals!
Before you can reach your dreams, desires, and life goals, you'll need to know what they are. Here's the best way I have found to decide what you want from your life...
THE £20 MILLION GAME
You have just won £20 million on the lottery, so go ahead and decide exactly what you will do with it... houses, cars, holidays, clothes, electronic toys, etc. and, of course, helping other people and charities!
Take a pen and paper and write it all down in detail, and really enjoy the proccess - don't forget to smile, after all... YOU are rich :)
Have you done that?
You now have everything you need to be comfortable, so, what are you going to do for the rest of your life? What makes you happy? What gets you enthusiastic? what is your ultimate wish?
The answers will give you your life purpose!
YOUR LIFE BLUEPRINT
1 - Make a list of Your desired goals in order of importance.
2 -
Imagine them complete and list the necessary steps to get there.
3 - Start with your first goal and focus your mind on its realisation.
4 - Take massive action on each step, one-by-one, until successful.
5 - Then move on to the next and repeat!

Inspired Action is the KEY to your success!
It's important to develop the belief that you WILL reach your target (intention). If there's any doubt in your mind, that will hold you back in some way. So,
examine your belief system to find weak areas.
By releasing any negative feelings you'll be able to surge forwards at a much faster rate. Past baggage is a heavy burden to carry around with you, so it is important to let go of it.
Some of the most powerful tools that I use to release blocked energy is NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) and EFT (emotional freedom technique). I recommend you look into these to power up your ability to...

Modeling the techniques of successful people is also a great way of developing the intention to reach your goals.
Who do you admire? Is there someone you want to be like? Choose a mentor and model their posture, the attitude they project, how they breathe, what they say, etc. By imagining yourself in their position, you'll expand your beliefs to a new level :)

Know what you
want, let go of limiting beliefs, and take massive action towards your dreams, desires and life goals!
