Deeply Relax And... Let Go of Stress!
When it comes to relaxation, it is often easier said than done. How many times have you been told to relax, forget it, don't worry, let it go?
These are just some of the responses we may hear when we tell people close to us that we are experiencing stress, tension, fear, depression, etc.
Are these comments helpful?
Yes and No!
Relaxing will relieve physical tension and mental stress. But, often the methods are not explained to you... are they? You need to know exactly how to change your state from negative to positive... right?
Well, in this issue of our harmony newsletter, we are going to briefly cover some of the best methods available that show you how to relax.

Physical and Mental Relaxation Techniques
One of the best keys to relaxation is deep breathing. There are so many excellent and unique methods of breathing technique available to you.
The Oxygen You Get From The Air You Breathe is the first essential for life.
Deep breathing can be done anytime, anywhere... but do you?
We tend to get wrapped up in our daily tasks that often, we forget to stop, take a deep breath and relax for a moment.
Go on... do it right NOW!
Some of the best physical and mental exercise routines to let go of stress and tension include... walking, swimming, cycling, yoga, tai chi, chi kung, aikido, rebounding, various sports, and more.
It is so important to exercise regularly. Experts say you should be out of
breath for at least 20 minutes three times a week... are YOU?

There are plenty of mental exercises you can perform regularly too. Anything that helps you to focus your mind and relax you body will be helpful. For example Zen and Meditation offer you great ways to let go.
Deep relaxation can also be achieved using methods that help you let go of past emotional issues. Anything that has had a strong negative influence on you tends to stay with you.
If you dont learn how to release this type of emotional baggage it can have a devastating effect on your life.
Positive and negative experiences stay with us unless they are released.
The best methods I have found in 30+ years are... emotional
stress release, the sedona method, and EFT (emotional freedom technique).
