We hope YOU had a good christmas and we wish you a happy, healthy and prosperous new year!
So, here we are 2020 :)
Did YOU Make Any New Years Resolutions?
If you did, have you begun to take action on them yet?
Lose x amount of weight, get fit, be healthy, etc. Its important to set clear goals and write down exactly how you are going to achieve them.
When you have a large target, it sometimes becomes difficult to know where to start. It can seem that your target goal is so far away that you can't put yourself in a mindset to actually believe you can reach it...
BUT YOU CAN!
The way to achieve this is by getting a piece of paper and writing down exactly what you want to achieve this year. Go ahead and do this... right now! Yes... the present moment is a gift where you CAN take action.
So, write down your goal, then right down the necessary steps that you WILL
take to get there. Then take massive action on each step one by one until you have reached your target.
To hit YOUR target...
READY-AIM-FIRE!
Imagine the YOU that has reached your goal. How do you feel? How do you look? What do you say? This creates a feeling of inspiration that has the energy to pull you forwards.
Then think of ways to motivate yourself and apply discipline to carry out each step along the way on your journey to your final destination. This creates the power to push you towards your target goal.
THIS IS YOUR YEAR!

Get out there and just DO IT!

1 - Make a list of Your desired goals in order of importance.
2 - Imagine them complete and list the necessary steps to get there.
3 - Start with your first goal and focus your mind
on its realisation.
4 - Take massive Action on each step, one-by-one until successful.
5 - Remember Priorities... action you take every day without fail!
